A new and distinct cultivar of Zantedeschia plant named ‘DO21PW104’, characterized by its upright and broadly arching plant habit; high production of cut flowering stems; large white-colored spathes with light purple-colored lower surfaces and strong and erect scapes; good cut flower postproduction longevity; and relative tolerance to Soft Rot ( Erwinia carotovora ).
