A new and unique × Mangave plant named ‘Mission to Mars’ characterized by long, fleshy, horizontal to slightly arching, with typically overlapping, irregular, bright reddish-purple spotting covering large portions of leaves. Leaf margin has firm, medium-sized teeth. Growth rate is rapid to moderate.
