A new and distinct Weigela plant named ‘VUKOZ047213’ is disclosed, characterized by rich flowering and re-blooming of light pink flowers. Foliage is distinctively green with yellow-green flushing. Plants are low growing. The new variety is a Weigela , normally produced as an outdoor garden plant.
