Abstract

A new variety of Weigela plant named ‘TMWG16-04’ that is characterized by upright narrow vase-shaped plant habit, scarlet flowers which are borne profusely and continuously in mid to late-spring and then sporadically during summer, in clusters along the entire length of the stem, is disclosed.
