Abstract
A new and distinct Weigela cultivar named ‘MONRIGNEY’ is disclosed, characterized by deep yellow foliage and deep red-purple flowers and buds. The new variety tolerates low temperatures to USDA Zone 3 and resists foliage scorch. The new variety is a Weigela , normally produced as an outdoor garden or container plant.
