A new cultivar of Veronica plant named ‘CHRISTY’ that is characterized by low spreading habit, violet-blue flowers, and soft green fern-like foliage. In combination these traits set ‘CHRISTY’ apart from all other existing varieties of Veronica known to the inventor.
