A new and distinct cultivar of Veronica plant named ‘Allvnav’, characterized by its upright plant habit with relatively long stems; dark green-colored leaves; freely flowering habit; dense and relatively long inflorescences with numerous violet blue-colored flowers; and good performance as a garden plant and as a cut flower.
