A new and distinct cultivar of Veronica plant named ‘ALLVM1725’, characterized by its upright plant habit; moderately vigorous growth habit and moderate growth rate; freely basal branching habit; relatively small dark green-colored leaves; freely flowering habit; long and dense inflorescences with numerous purplish pink-colored flowers; good performance as a garden plant; and good postproduction longevity as a cut flower.
