Abstract
A new and distinct cultivar of Veronica plant named ‘Allartist’, characterized by its upright plant habit; dark green-colored leaves; freely flowering habit; dense inflorescences with numerous red purple-colored flowers; flowers are initially lighter red purple becoming darker red purple with development giving a two-tone appearance to the inflorescence; and good performance as a garden plant and as a cut flower.
