A new and distinct cultivar of Verbena plant named ‘Duempflapea’, characterized by its semi-upright and mounded plant habit; freely branching habit; freely flowering habit; and large orange red-colored flowers that become lighter in color with development and are held above and beyond the foliar plane in mounded umbels.
