Abstract
A new and distinct Vanda plant named ‘SPCDW1703’ which is characterized by large flowers with light red-purple petals and sepals that are reticulated and dotted dark red-purple, lateral petals with lightly to moderately undulated margins, a labellum with a very dark red-purple central lobe and light yellow lateral lobes which are lightly striped with dark purple, and the stability of these characteristics from generation to generation.
