A new and distinct Vanda plant named ‘SPCDW1607’ which is characterized by vigorous growth, a large plant size with relatively large flowers, inflorescence with a large quantity of open flowers, vibrant yellow flowers that are finely to moderately dotted greyed-orange, and the stability of these characteristics from generation to generation.
