Abstract
A new and distinct Vanda cultivar named ‘SPCDW1603’ which is characterized by a small plant size with relatively large flowers, a light violet dorsal sepal and light violet lateral petals which are all heavily dotted purple, cream colored lateral sepals which are densely dotted and blotched purple, a labellum with a dark purple central lobe and cream coloured lateral lobes which are dotted purple, a cream colored column which is lightly suffused with purple, and the stability of these characteristics from generation to generation.
