A new and distinct Vanda cultivar named ‘SPCDW1519’ which is characterized by long, dark green foliage with large flowers borne on a tall inflorescence, purple sepals and petals with dark purple to red-purple reticulate venation, a dark red-purple labellum, and the stability of these characteristics from generation to generation.
