A new and distinct Vanda cultivar named ‘SPCDW1403’ which is characterized by the combination of a light cream-yellow flower with light brown spotting of both the sepals and petals, an undulating sepal and petal margins, and the stability of all characteristics from generation to generation. The new variety is a Vanda , typically produced as an indoor ornamental plant.
