A new and distinct Tsuga cultivar named ‘MonJers’ is disclosed, characterized by distinctive Yellow-Orange winter foliage. Plants have a distinctive upright, pyramidal growth habit. The new cultivar is a Tsuga , suitable for ornamental garden purposes.
