A new and distinct Trifolium cultivar named ‘TFLRS03-0’ is disclosed, characterized by unique green foliage with dark red variegation. Leaflets typically occur in quantites of 4 over more than 50% of plant. Plants are compact. The new variety is a Trifolium, typically produced as an ornamental plant.
