A new and distinct Trachelospermum hybrid named ‘TRARED’ is disclosed, characterized by distinctive red Fall and Winter foliage, and a dense plant form. Plants flower abundantly and produce elliptic, glossy foliage. The new cultivar is a Trachelospermum typically suited for ornamental container and landscape use.
