Abstract
A new and distinct Thuja cultivar named ‘SMNTPGF’ is disclosed, characterized by bright green and yellow foliage, with this bright coloration maintained in cold temperatures. Cold hardiness of the new variety is observed to USDA Zone 5. Deer resistance has been observed as well. Plants are pyramidal, dwarf and rapid growing. The new cultivar is a Thuja, suitable for ornamental garden purposes.
