A new and distinct Sutera cultivar named ‘DCOPDBINDG’ is disclosed, characterized by early and abundant large violet-blue double flowers, medium plant vigor and a mounded and well branched growth habit. The new variety is a Sutera , normally produced as an outdoor garden or container plant.
