A new and distinct Sutera cultivar named ‘DANCOP40’ is disclosed, characterized by extra large white flowers, early and abundant flowering. The new variety has a compact growth habit and moderate vigor. The new variety is a Sutera , normally produced as an outdoor garden or container plant.
