A new and distinct Streptocarpus cultivar named ‘SLSPC16-0’ is disclosed, characterized by unusual flower markings, red-purple upper lobes and yellow lower 3 lobes as well as multi-flowering. The new variety is a Streptocarpus , suitable as an outdoor garden or container plant.
