A new and distinct Streptocarpus cultivar named ‘SLSDB17-0’ is disclosed, characterized by large, unusually marked flowers with white upper lobes and heavily veined lower lobes. Plants are highly floriferous. The new variety is a Streptocarpus , suitable as an outdoor garden or container plant.
