A new and distinct Streptocarpus cultivar named ‘SLSBC09-0’ is disclosed, characterized by large flowers with purple-violet colored upper lobes and yellow lower lobes, with unique flower markings. Plants are highly floriferous. The new variety is a Streptocarpus , suitable as an outdoor garden or container plant.
