This new strawberry plant named ‘SB_14_028-025’ is primarily adapted to the growing conditions of West Central Florida, and is primarily characterized by its achenes typically set even with or just below the surface of the fruit, low vigor plant habit, high marketable yield, early time of first flower and fruit, and very large berry size.
