This new strawberry plant named ‘PS-1.125’ is primarily adapted to the growing conditions of the central coast of California, and is primarily characterized by its medium red skin color, conical fruit shape, very good fruit flavor, early fruit ripening, medium to large plant, and long fruiting truss.
