This invention relates to a new and distinct variety of strawberry plant named ‘PE-3.219’. This new strawberry plant named ‘PE-3.219’ is primarily adapted to the growing conditions of the central coast of California, and is primarily characterized by its medium to small, uniform fruit that is very glossy and firm, medium plant size that is dense with strong vigor, medium to dark green foliage, and medium to large foliage with medium to strong interveinal blistering.
