Abstract
A new garden rose plant which has abundant, semi-double white flowers that are self cleaning and are present throughout the season. The foliage is abundant, dark green, glossy and exceptionally disease resistant. This new and distinct variety has shown to be uniform and stable in the resulting generations from asexual propagation.
