Abstract

A new and distinct shrub rose cultivar, for garden use named ‘Noa1811108’ is disclosed, characterized by full, double, medium pink flowers with fragrance and strong peduncles. Plants have excellent resistance to blackspot, powdery mildew, downy mildew and rust diseases. The foliage is very glossy and it contrasts well to the pink flowers. The new variety is a hybrid shrub rose, normally produced as an outdoor garden or container plant.
