Abstract

A new and distinct Rosa hybrid named ‘ChewPatout’ is disclosed, characterized by semi double red to red-purple flowers. Plants are compact, resist blackspot and powdery mildew, and re-bloom easily. The new cultivar is a Rosa typically suited for outdoor ornamental container and landscape use.
