Abstract

The present variety of mushroom plant named ‘HOKSY 8’ was cultivated by the gathering and repeated breeding of Shiitake mashrooms having dominant traits, which has good qualitative character and appearance, low malformation rates, hardly breakable lamella, and enhanced cultivation. This edible mushroom is exquisite in stability, reproducibility and uniformity when being produced.
