A new and distinct cultivar of Senecio plant named ‘Sunseneslisbu’, characterized by its upright and uniformly mounded plant habit; freely branching growth habit; freely flowering habit; and daisy-type inflorescences with pale blue-colored ray florets and violet blue-colored disc florets; ray florets with acute or deeply incised apices.
