A new and distinct cultivar of Senecio plant named ‘Sene Niregoku’, characterized by its upright and uniformly mounded plant habit; vigorous growth habit; freely branching habit; early and freely flowering habit; and daisy-type inflorescences with ray florets that are white in color with dark purplish red-colored apices.
