A new and distinct cultivar of Senecio plant named ‘Sene Isiimi’, characterized by its upright and uniformly mounded plant habit; vigorous growth habit; freely branching habit; freely flowering habit; and daisy-type inflorescences with ray florets that are dark blue in color and disc florets that are dark purple in color.
