A new and distinct cultivar of Sedum named ‘ELSIE'S GOLD’ that is characterized by clump forming habit, thick variegated green and cream-white foliage, and pink flowers. In combination these traits set ‘ELSIE'S GOLD’ apart from all other existing varieties of Sedum known to the inventor.
