A new and distinct cultivar of Saxifraga plant named ‘SH 1934’, characterized by its broadly upright and mounded plant habit; moderately vigorous to vigorous growth habit and moderate growth rate; leaves with dark green-colored upper surfaces and dark red-colored lower surfaces; freely flowering habit; and purplish red-colored flowers that are held above the foliar plane.
