A new and distinct Sanseveria cultivar named ‘SAN201201’ is disclosed, characterized by short, thick, dark green leaves with a silver hue. Plants are compact with uniformly spaced and angled foliage, occurring from completely upright to nearly horizontal. The new variety is a Sanseveria, typically produced as an ornamental plant.
