A new and distinct cultivar of Sansevieria aubreytiana plant named ‘YELLOWSTONE’, particularly characterized by its variegated foliage with irregular, differently green toned bands with light green toned margin bands; wide and lanceolate leaves, supported in a rosette; 50-80 cm plant height; erect plant habit; and high drought tolerance with low need for water.
