The new cultivar of Sanguisorba plant named ‘Fall Dream’ that is characterized by its late flowering in September through October in The Netherlands, its inflorescences that are large in size and deep burgundy-red in color, its stamen filaments that are red-purple in color, and its suitability as a container plant.
