A new and distinct cultivar of Salvia plant named ‘DWSahyb03’, characterized by its mostly upright to somewhat outwardly spreading plant habit; vigorous growth habit and rapid growth rate; freely branching habit; dense and bushy appearance; dark green-colored leaves; freely flowering habit; long and erect inflorescences with numerous bright red-colored flowers; and excellent container and garden performance.
