A new cultivar of Rudbeckia plant named ‘RUDLPIR734’ that is characterized by its compact plant habit, its single whorl of ray florets per inflorescence, its ray florets that are bi-colored with the upper portion yellow-orange and the lower half flushed greyed-purple, and its fast production time and flowers quickly after propagation.
