A new and distinct Rudbeckia hirta cultivar named ‘RRISU01-0’ is disclosed, characterized by early season flowering. Plants exhibit exceptional cold hardiness for the species and can be successfully propagated by conventional vegetative cuttings. The new variety is an Rudbeckia , and is normally used as a garden or container plant.
