A new and distinct cultivar of Rudbeckia plant named ‘Balrudosh’, characterized by its double-type inflorescences having ray florets of yellow and gold with central streaks of greyed-purple and disc florets of black and dark greyed-purple, medium green-colored foliage, and moderately vigorous, upright growth habit, is disclosed.
