A new and distinct cultivar of rose plant named ‘Evera 108’, characterized by its upright, compact and rounded plant habit; dark green-colored leaves; large bright double yellow-colored flowers with numerous petals per flower; flowers held upright on strong and erect peduncles; and good postproduction longevity.
