Abstract

A new and distinct hybrid Rosa cultivar named ‘RUIRI0126A’ is disclosed, characterized by pink-red flowers with a light floral fragrance, and glossy foliage. Plants are upright, and exhibit good resistance to blackspot diseases. The new variety is a Rosa , normally produced as an outdoor garden or container plant.
