A new cultivar of shrub rose, ‘SFROSA154’, that is characterized by its compact, upright and branching plant habit, its semi-double flowers with eight to ten petals that are salmon pink in color, its dark green foliage, its cold hardiness at least to U.S.D.A. Zone 6, and its tolerance to powdery mildew and rust in California trials.
