A new and distinct hybrid Rosa cultivar named ‘RUIRD0037A’ is disclosed, characterized by large, yellow flowers with a sweet fragrance. Plants are upright, and exhibit good resistance to blackspot diseases. The new variety is a Rosa , normally produced as an outdoor garden or container plant.
