A new and distinct Rosa cultivar named ‘BOZMILLWIN’ is disclosed, characterized by pure white flower petals, winter hardiness, very upright branching, leathery, shiny leaves and resistance to powdery mildew and black spot. The new variety is a Rosa , normally produced as an outdoor garden or container plant.
