Abstract
A new and distinct cultivar of Rosa plant named ‘BOZFRA321’ is disclosed, characterized by orange-pink semi-double flowers. Plants have semi-upright habits and are tolerant of high heat as well as rust and downy mildew. Flowers have an average diameter of 7 cm and a distinctive irregularly founded shape. The new variety is a shrub rose normally produced as an outdoor garden or container plant.
