Abstract

A new and distinct cultivar of Rosa plant named ‘BOZFRA121’ is disclosed, characterized by large, white double flowers with yellow centers. Blooms profusely from May to September. Plants are tolerant to rust and downy mildew. The new variety is a Rosa , normally produced as an outdoor garden or container plant.
